  • 100% visual inspection for GDC defects (Blowholes, Cold Shuts, etc.).
  • Dimensional checking using Vernier Caliper and Micrometers.
  • Melt temperature monitoring (300kg electrical furnaces).
  • Maintaining rejection logs and root cause analysis.
