Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to generate business opportunities for our computer and laptop repair services. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our repair and IT support solutions, qualifying leads, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead databases.
  • Introduce and promote computer, laptop, printer, and IT repair services.
  • Explain service offerings, pricing, and maintenance packages.
  • Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
  • Schedule appointments for technicians or sales representatives.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for service scheduling and customer updates.
