Description

We are hiring motivated individuals for the role of Telecalling Executive at our organization based in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

Training Program (First 3 Months): Selected candidates will undergo a structured training program designed to build communication, sales, and customer handling skills.

  • 1st Month: ₹5,000/month + Performance Incentives
  • 2nd & 3rd Month: ₹7,000/month + Performance Incentives
  • Upon successful completion of the 3-month training, a Training Completion Certificate will be issued.

Work Timings:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Weekly Off

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain products/services clearly and professionally
  • Maintain call records and follow up as required
  • Meet daily and monthly calling target
  • Freshers welcome — Training will be provided
  • Good communication skills in Tamil / English
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred
