HMC Operator – Job Description

Position: HMC Operator (Horizontal Machining Center Operator)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate HMC machines as per production requirements.
  • Load and unload components safely.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Perform machine setting and tool offset corrections.
  • Monitor machining operations and maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
  • Follow safety and company procedures at all times

Qualification: SSLC,+2,Degree,BE,Diploma
