Role: Floor Manager
Experience: 2+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Timings: 5.30 AM - 10.30 AM & 4.30 PM - 9.30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire floor operations.
  • Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals.
