Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with potential customers, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain call records and update customer databases.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to speak clearly and professionally.
  • Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
  • Previous telecalling experience is an advantage.
