Voice Process Executive 

  • Handle customer calls regarding personal loan inquiries and applications.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
  • Collect and verify customer documents.
  • Follow up with customers for loan processing and disbursement.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
