Job Description: Customer Service Engineer

Role:

  •  Knowledge of construction practices and methods
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Responsibilities:

  •   Provide customer support and technical assistance
  •   Resolve and track customer issues
  •  Conduct site visits and recommend best practices
  • Support product training and user meetings
  • Identify business opportunities and coordinate with sales team
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
