Description

Roles & Responsibilities – Online QC / Quality Checker

  • Perform in-process quality inspections during production.
  • Check printed labels for color accuracy, print quality, registration, barcode readability, and finishing standards.
  • Monitor production output to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and report defects such as misprints, color variations, missing information, and material defects.
  • Approve first-off samples before mass production begins.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and production documents.
  • Coordinate with machine operators and production supervisors to resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Ensure rejected materials are properly identified and segregated.
  • Verify raw materials and finished products as per quality procedures.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions to reduce quality defects.
  • Follow company quality systems, safety guidelines
  • Ensure production meets customer requirements and delivery standards.
