  • Supervise daily PDI operations and inspection activities.
  • Assign tasks and monitor the performance of PDI technicians/inspectors.
  • Ensure products are inspected according to company quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Verify functionality, safety features, accessories, and documentation before delivery.
  • Identify defects, coordinate repairs, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Maintain inspection records, reports, and delivery checklists.
  • Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and turnaround times.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace procedures.
  • Coordinate with production, service, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Train and mentor inspection staff on quality standards and procedures.
