Description

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and materials.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels to support operations and customer requirements.
  • Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory audits.
  • Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing parts.
  • Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and fast-moving inventory items.
  • Maintain proper stock arrangement and warehouse housekeeping.
  • Coordinate with service, maintenance, and sales teams regarding parts requirements.
  • Prepare inventory reports, stock valuation reports, and reorder recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
