Description

A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery used in manufacturing and production processes. The role ensures products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
  • Set up machines according to production specifications.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.
  • Adjust machine settings to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
