  • Vehicle Assembly & Setup:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Unbox and assemble newly arrived vehicles, including attaching mirrors, batteries, and necessary accessories.<!--TgQPHd||[]--><!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Mechanical & Electrical Inspection:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Perform a strict checklist evaluation of fluid levels (engine oil, brake fluid), tire pressure, lights, horn, clutch, brakes, and electrical systems.<!--TgQPHd||[]--><!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Cosmetic Checks:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Examine body panels, paint, and trim for transit damage, scratches, or dents, and perform minor touch-ups if required.<!--TgQPHd||[]--><!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Test Rides:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Conduct short road tests to certify smooth engine performance, handling, steering, and braking capabilities.<!--TgQPHd||[]--><!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Documentation & Admin:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Accurately complete PDI checklists, log warranty data, and record any discrepancies.<!--TgQPHd||[]--> <!--TgQPHd||[]-->

Key Requirements<!--TgQPHd||[]-->

  • Education:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Typically an ITI or Diploma in Motor Mechanic, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.<!--TgQPHd||[]--><!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • License:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.<!--TgQPHd||[]--><!--TgQPHd||[]-->
