Description

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project schedules and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor progress and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and construction specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and rectify non-conformities.
  • Verify material quality and workmanship.

Planning & Execution

  • Prepare work schedules and resource plans.
  • Monitor labor productivity and equipment utilization.
  • Assist in project planning and execution.

Safety Management

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.
  • Report and investigate site incidents if any.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
  • Prepare measurement sheets and billing records.
  • Maintain site records, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Submit regular progress updates to management.

Client & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues.
  • Support project handover and completion activities.
