Description

The CAD Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing engineering drawings, conducting site measurements, preparing quantity estimates, and supporting project execution and billing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Drawing & Drafting

  • Prepare architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Modify and update drawings as per client requirements.
  • Prepare submission drawings for approvals.
  • Maintain drawing records and revisions.

Site Measurement

  • Conduct site measurements and surveys.
  • Verify dimensions and quantities at project sites.
  • Prepare measurement sheets for billing purposes.
  • Coordinate with site engineers for execution.

Quantity Surveying & Estimation

  • Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
  • Estimate quantities of materials required for projects.
  • Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
  • Support preparation of contractor and client bills.

Documentation

  • Maintain project documentation and records.
  • Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
  • Maintain digital drawing files and backups.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Support project planning and execution teams.
  • Assist in technical discussions and project meetings.
