Description

 Broiler Branch Office In-Charge<!--TgQPHd||[]-->  oversees the day-to-day administrative, production, and sales operations of a poultry branch. They manage the entire "backward integration" cycle, including  farmer engagement, feed inventory, bird health, and dispatch to local traders<!--TgQPHd||[]-->

Key Responsibilities<!--TgQPHd||[]-->

  • Farm Operations:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Manage chick placement budgets, enforce biosecurity protocols<!--TgQPHd||[]-->, and monitor bird health with regional lab teams to keep mortality low and growth optimal<!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Inventory & Logistics:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Raise indents for feed, medicines, and vaccines. Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) so that no supplies expire in the store.<!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Sales & Lifting:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Coordinate with local traders for the timely, cost-effective lifting (sale) of broiler birds, typically within a 3-day window.<!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Accounts & Administration:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Oversee office expenses, daily cash collections, and manage payroll for field technicians and farm workers.<!--TgQPHd||[]--> <!--TgQPHd||[]-->
