HVAC Site Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities at project sites.
Coordinate the installation of ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, insulation, and HVAC equipment.
Allocate work to technicians and subcontractors and monitor their productivity.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with the procurement team for timely supply.
Verify measurements and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and rectify installation defects promptly.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with clients, consultants, and other contractors.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure all workers use appropriate PPE.
Monitor manpower attendance and maintain discipline at the project site.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handing over HVAC systems to the client.
Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure project completion within the stipulated timeline and budget.
Support billing by preparing work completion records and joint measurement reports (JMR).
