Telecalling Executive – Job Description

Job Title:  Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, provide product/service information, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally.
  • Explain company products/services to customers.
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain customer records and call details.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback or payments.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely..

Required Skils

  • Basic computer knowledge.

Qualification 

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Fresher ,Experience

  • 0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or sales.

Salary

        13000-15000
