Job Overview
We are seeking a talented all-rounder who can handle both Graphic Design and Video Editing responsibilities. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media creatives, branding materials, and editing high-quality video content (reels, promos, corporate videos, etc.) from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos (Reels, YouTube videos, Promos, and Ads).
Trim footage, handle pacing, insert sound effects, background music, and execute smooth transitions.
Perform basic Color Grading and Audio Enhancement/Mixing.
Add engaging subtitles, lower thirds, and basic motion graphics.
2. Graphic Designing:
Design eye-catching social media creatives, thumbnails, posters, banners, and branding materials.
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and typography that align with client/brand guidelines.
Stay updated with current design trends, memes, and social media formats.
3. Collaboration & Workflow:
Work closely with the content and production teams to understand project requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Organize and archive all project files and raw assets systematically.
Requirements & Technical Skills
Software Expertise (Mandatory):
Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (Final Cut Pro is a plus).
Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (Canva knowledge is good, but professional software is preferred).
Motion Graphics (Bonus): Adobe After Effects.
Skills:
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and video pacing.
Ability to take constructive feedback and make quick revisions.
Good time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
Portfolio: A portfolio/showreel demonstrating both design and video editing work is compulsory.
