Description

Job Summary:

    Responsible for handling production shifts independently, achieving production targets, controlling raw material consumption and rejection levels, maintaining LDO oil consumption, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle production shifts independently and achieve production targets.
  • Manage manpower allocation and optimize workforce productivity.
  • Monitor production quality and minimize rejection rates.
  • Control raw material consumption and improve material yield.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and process controls.
  • Monitor and maintain LDO oil consumption within budget limits.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain production records, shift reports, and logbooks.
  • Train operators and support continuous process improvement.
  • Strong skills in team handling, problem-solving, and production planning   

Qualification: Diploma / BE / ME – Mechanical, Production Engineering
