Description

Key Job Description:

  •  Inspect and approve incoming raw materials as per quality standards.
  • Monitor raw material consumption against approved furnish/recipe.
  • Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections.
  • Analyze product rejections and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with BIS, ISO, PCB, and quality management systems.
  • Monitor process parameters and maintain testing records.
  • Coordinate with Production for quality improvements and deviation control.
  • Prepare for internal and external quality audits.
  • Perform root cause analysis (Why-Why Analysis) and preventive actions.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of QC instruments and equipment.
  • Monitor pollution control systems and environmental compliance.
  • Maintain accurate quality reports, documentation, and system entries.

Qualification:  B.SC, M.SC Chemistry
