Key Responsiblity:

  • Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Lead, manage, and motivate showroom sales team
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handling of escalations
  • Monitor billing, stock, and showroom display standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Plan and implement promotional activities in coordination with marketing team
  • Maintain reports on sales, staff performance, and store activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and showroom discipline
