Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow
  • Manage and support sales executives on the showroom floor
  • Ensure proper customer handling and service standards
  • Monitor billing process and assist in closing sales
  • Maintain product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation
  • Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolution
  • Track daily sales performance and support target achievement
  • Coordinate between customers, sales team, and showroom manager
  • Ensure discipline, grooming, and attendance of floor staff
