Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customers and understand their requirements
  • Promote and sell jewellery products to achieve sales targets
  • Provide product information, pricing, and offer details to customers
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Handle billing support and assist in smooth sales closure
  • Maintain showroom display and product presentation standards
  • Follow up with customers for enquiries, bookings, and post-sales service
  • Support junior sales staff and guide them on customer handling
  • Maintain sales records and coordinate with showroom team
