Room Attendant
Roles & Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure rooms are neat, hygienic, and ready before guest check-in.
Clean bathrooms, balconies, corridors, and assigned areas.
Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, or damages immediately.
Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and front office regarding room status.
Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
Maintain proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 0–2 years of experience in hotel, resort, or housekeeping operations preferred.
Physically fit and willing to work rotational shifts.
Basic communication skills in Tamil; hospitality attitude preferred.
Freshers interested in hospitality industry can also apply.
Qualification:
SSLC / HSC / Any qualification preferred.
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience and performance)
Preferred Candidates:
Candidates with hotel, resort, guest house, or facility housekeeping experience preferred.
