job Description – Field Collection Executive

Visit customers to collect overdue loan repayments.
Explain outstanding dues and available payment options.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned collection targets within timelines.
Update collection activities and payment status in the company system/mobile application.
Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
Verify customer addresses and contact details when required.
Follow up with customers for pending payments through field visits.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and records.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct during customer interactions.
