Description

  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance of civil structures, including module mounting foundations, equipment foundations, inverter rooms, control rooms, boundary walls, and security cabins.
  • Repair cracks, concrete damages, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, masonry works, and minor structural defects.
  • Maintain internal roads, pathways, culverts, and storm water drainage systems to prevent waterlogging and erosion.
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain chain-link fencing, gates, fence posts, warning boards, and other site security infrastructure.
  • Inspect cable trenches, trench covers, equipment plinths, and foundations; carry out repairs whenever required.
  • Maintain rainwater harvesting systems, water tanks, sumps, and site drainage facilities.
  • Carry out vegetation control, cleaning, and housekeeping around plant infrastructure to ensure safe access and efficient maintenance.
  • Identify civil defects during inspections and report issues requiring major repairs or contractor intervention.
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and O&M teams during maintenance activities and shutdowns.
  • Ensure availability and proper use of civil maintenance tools, equipment, and consumables.
  • Maintain daily work reports, inspection checklists, maintenance records, and material consumption reports.
  • Follow approved work procedures, engineering drawings, and maintenance schedules.
  • Comply with all HSE policies by using appropriate PPE, following safe work practices, and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Support emergency restoration work during adverse weather conditions or unexpected civil failures.
