Description

Position Title: Insurance Sales Telecaller
Department: Sales & Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹3 to 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Tele-caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and converting prospects into policyholders through effective communication and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
  • Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage details, and premium options.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company systems.
  • Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and insurance advisors when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass);
  • Graduate preferred.  Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience in insurance sales is an advantage.
  • Fresher’s with good communication skills may also apply.
