About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Marketing Expert to join our growing team. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their research and academic requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and building long-term professional relationships. If you enjoy communicating with people, negotiating, and achieving targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable research and technical services.
  • Generate and qualify business leads through regular follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Technical and CRM teams for seamless project execution.
  • Achieve monthly business development and client acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • MBA/BBA or Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
