Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Manage day-to-day construction activities at the site, ensuring execution aligns with approved engineering drawings, design requirements, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Technical Support: Act as the main technical adviser on-site; check technical designs, interpret blueprints, and carry out necessary site surveys and leveling.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee materials and workmanship meet industry standards and local building codes.
Resource Management: Monitor the procurement, delivery, and storage of construction materials and equipment to prevent site delays.
Safety & Environment: Enforce health and safety (HSE) policies, perform risk assessments, and maintain a safe working environment.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily site diaries, compile progress reports, log change orders, and report project milestones to stakeholders.
