Process customer bills accurately using the POS system.
Receive payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, gift vouchers, and other approved payment methods.
Verify the accuracy of cash received and return the correct balance.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift.
Reconcile cash and billing transactions at the end of the shift.
Ensure all bills, invoices, and receipts are issued correctly.
Handle customer billing queries and escalate issues when required.
Follow company policies related to billing, discounts, refunds, and exchanges.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Coordinate with the Sales Team and Accounts Team for smooth operations.
Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
