Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for managing front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and customers.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier services.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and documentation.
Coordinate interview schedules and meeting room bookings.
Support HR and Administration with daily office activities.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and professionalism.
Perform data entry and basic record maintenance.
Carry out other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
