Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business requirements.
Devise and apply appropriate strategy to attract the talents.
Manage entire recruitment life cycle which include Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Offer negotiation and Onboarding.
Prepare job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Source potential candidates through online channels, like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers for the feedback follow-ups, interview, and selection process.
Collect the documents, verify and negotiate the offer with the selected candidates.
Follow-up with candidate for offer acceptance and onboarding formalities.
Establish and maintain professional relationship with the candidate and hiring managers to close the recruitment gaps.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracker and Folder on daily basis.
