Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Plans based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Engineering and Sales) to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
Create and monitor Production Orders, Work Orders and planning activities through the ERP System.
Review customer schedules and prepare production plans to meet delivery commitments.
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with Purchase and Stores to avoid production shortages.
Track Work-in-Progress (WIP) and ensure timely movement of materials between processes.
Support the Business Controller by preparing production MIS reports, delivery status reports and planning KPIs.
