Description

  • VASPL is an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company.
  • Receive, verify, and store electronic components, PCBs, consumables, and packing materials as per company procedures.
  • Perform incoming material verification against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices.
  • Maintain proper storage of electronic components by following ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.
  • Issue materials to SMT, THT, Assembly, and Production lines based on approved production plans.
  • Prepare material kits (Kitting) for production as per BOM (Bill of Materials) and work orders.
  • Update all material receipt, issue, return, and stock transactions in the ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchase and Planning departments to avoid material shortages.

Strong knowledge of Stores & Inventory Management, ERP System, Electronic Components, BOM, Kitting, FIFO, ESD Handling, Material Traceability, Stock Verification, Cycle Counting, and Advanced MS Excel.
