Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will communicate with international customers, provide excellent customer service, generate qualified leads, and maintain professional relationships while achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective conversations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments when required.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Resolve customer queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
