  • Supervise the daily activities of the sewing line.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved as per the plan.
  • Monitor operator performance and improve line productivity.
  • Maintain product quality and reduce defects.
  • Coordinate with Cutting, Quality, and Finishing teams for smooth workflow.
  • Follow production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
  • Prepare daily production reports and update the Manager.
