Job Description (JD)

  • Maintain daily records related to Electrical & Maintenance activities.
  • Update reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Handle email communication and maintain department documentation.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for work planning and follow-up.
  • Assist in tracking preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Support the Electrical & Maintenance department in daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate data and ensure timely report submission.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
