Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team at Isha Engineering & Co., Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the field sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and market analysis.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales activity and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in field sales or business development.
  • Ability to travel and meet customers across assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
