Description

Role: Weaving Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily weaving operations and manpower.
  • Achieve production targets with minimum downtime.
  • Monitor fabric quality and reduce defects.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and quality teams.
  • Ensure machine efficiency and timely production.
  • Maintain safety, housekeeping, and discipline on the shop floor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree or relevant textile qualification.
  • 1+  years of weaving experience.
  • Knowledge of weaving machines, production planning, and quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
