Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new subscribers, building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving branch business targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services, chit funds, banking, NBFCs, insurance, or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Develop and implement strategies to increase chit fund enrollments.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective subscribers.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and business demonstrations.
Promote various chit schemes to individuals, businesses, and self-employed professionals.
