Description

Production Management

  • Monitor daily egg production, mortality, feed consumption, and water intake.
  • Maintain flock performance as per breed standards.
  • Ensure proper lighting, ventilation, temperature, and stocking density.
  • Supervise farm workers and daily farm activities.
  • Monitor body weight and uniformity of birds.

Bird Health Management

  • Coordinate vaccination schedules.
  • Observe birds for disease symptoms and abnormal behavior.
  • Coordinate with veterinarians during disease outbreaks.
  • Ensure proper medication and treatment records are maintained.
  • Monitor mortality trends and investigate causes.

Feed & Nutrition

  • Monitor feed quality and consumption.
  • Ensure correct feed distribution to birds.
  • Coordinate with feed suppliers and feed mill personnel.
  • Analyze feed conversion and production efficiency.
