Production & Process Control

Monitor food processing operations and ensure compliance with approved process parameters.
Supervise production activities to achieve quality and productivity targets.
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and process controls.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations.

Quality Assurance & Food Safety

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, NPOP, and customer requirements.
Conduct routine quality inspections during production.
Review laboratory reports and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices throughout the facility.
Participate in internal and external audits.
