Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
  • Report maintenance issues and lost & found items to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely.
  • Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Assist guests with basic housekeeping requests in a courteous manner.
  • Complete assigned tasks within the given time frame.
