Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our digital marketing services, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. This is a hybrid role with flexible working, focusing on performance rather than office attendance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients.
  • Generate qualified business leads.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.

Digital Marketing

  • Promote Digital Marketing services including:
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
    • Google Marketing
    • Branding & Lead Generation
    • Website & Business Growth Solutions
  • Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for campaign execution.

Social Media Marketing

  • Explain social media strategies to clients.
  • Coordinate campaign requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and client feedback.
  • Support clients with marketing ideas to improve their online presence.

Field Sales & Marketing

  • Visit businesses and potential clients regularly.
  • Build local business networks.
  • Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Submit daily client visit updates.

Work Model

  • Hybrid Working
  • No fixed office timing.
  • Flexible schedule based on client meetings and business requirements.
  • Must be available for client visits, team coordination, and scheduled meetings.

Performance Review

Performance will be reviewed monthly based on:

  • Client Visits
  • New Leads Generated
  • Sales Closures
  • Revenue Achievement
  • Client Satisfaction
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Overall Professional Performance

Skills Required

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Tamil & English preferred)
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Knowledge
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented
  • Ability to work independently

Qualification

  • Any Degree / Diploma
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

  • Own Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving License
  • Smartphone and Internet Access
  • Willing to travel for client meetings
  • Positive attitude with strong learning ability
