QUALIFICATION
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / Mechatronics - 2023/2024/2025 Passout. 0-1 Year experience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Execution: Assist in daily production planning, assembly & wiring of control panels as per work orders and engineering drawings / BOM.
Shopfloor Discipline: Maintain 5S, safety (PPE), and daily production log. Support shift handover.
Quality Check: Perform in-process checks using vernier, multimeter. Identify defects and support rework / 5Why analysis.Coordination: Coordinate with Stores, QC, and Dispatch for material and delivery. Update production data in Excel/ERP.
Compliance: Follow ISO 9001:2015 processes and maintain ISO documentation.
SKILLS REQUIREDCan read wiring diagrams / mechanical drawings
Basic knowledge of electrical assembly / manufacturing processMS Excel, good observation & communication (Tamil + Basic English)
Willing to work on shopfloor and in shifts
