Description

  • Will be responsible for performing Preventive, Predictive maintenance in plant machinery
  • Troubleshoot and Repair plant machinery during breakdown.
  • Hands on experience in studying the Assembly and Manufacturing drawings and Flow diagram incase of Hydraulics and Pneumatic circuits
  • Troubleshooting mechanical components including hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits
  • To handle and troubleshoot maintenance related issues and carry out necessary modifications in equipment
  • Perform WHY-WHY analysis for equipment breakdown
  • Should be able to do simple machining operations and use power tools
  • Should be hands on in LOTO and safe work procedures
  • Should participate in Line uptime improvement and energy conservation project teams
  • Should be able to handle crisis and emergency situation
  • Perform daily checks and logging
