  • Team Leadership:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Supervise, train, and schedule shift personnel (packers, machine operators, and casual workers) to ensure daily production targets are met.<!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Inventory Management:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Monitor the stock of packaging materials (boxes, tape, pallets, wrapping) and request replenishments to prevent workflow delays.<!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Compliance & Safety:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Enforce OSHA and internal SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality) guidelines.<!--TgQPHd||[]-->
  • Reporting:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Document packing activities, track downtime, and report production metrics to the Operations or Plant Manage
