Description

he Sales Consultant is responsible for generating vehicle sales by identifying customer needs, providing product information, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital enquiries, and field activities.
  • Maintain customer follow-up until booking and vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and accessories teams.
  • Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/DMS.
  • Follow up on lost enquiries and inactive prospects.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
