Perform scheduled maintenance and periodic servicing of heavy commercial vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools.
Repair and replace defective components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, clutches, suspension, steering, and axles.
Carry out engine overhauls, gearbox repairs, differential repairs, and other major repairs as assigned.
Perform electrical troubleshooting, wiring repairs, and battery maintenance.
Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Record repair details accurately in Job Cards and Service Management System.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools, equipment, and special service tools.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturer guidelines, and workshop processes.
Maintain cleanliness and implement 5S practices in the work area.
Adhere to all safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Parts Department for timely completion of jobs.
Attend technical training programs and continuously improve technical knowledge.
Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor.
